Starting our operations since 2014, we are specializing on publishing story books for children aged 0 months to 7 years old. Our commitment is to produce children's story books with special characteristics : educative, attractive and interactive.

ABOUT THE POSITION

HR GENERALIST

We are seeking for an experienced candidate with good understanding about HR management in general. The candidate for this position will be expected to perform as coordinator for all activities that are related to employee management in day-to-day operations and activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Perform end to end process for general HR activities, such as: compensation & benefit, recruitment, performance management and personnel management.

 Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in line with the company's business goals and objectives.

 Conduct end to end recruitment & selection activities for operational staff

 Managing monthly payroll process for all company employees

 Administer payroll supporting documents, such as : employee attendance, BPJS, overtime calculation & employee income tax

 Maintain internal personnel records, such as : employee contract, personal records, medical administration, leave management

 Maintain employee files & records in electronic & paper form

 Communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and management on HR related matters.

 Conduct annual performance & talent review activities.

 Ensure compliance with labor regulations

REQUIREMENTS

 Minimum 3 years experiences in related field as HR Operation / Administration

 Bachelor Degree from Administration / Finance / Psychology / Humanities or equivalent

 Excellence in MS Office (especially MS Excel & Word)

 Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

 Good knowledge about Indonesian Labor Law will be an advantage

 Excellent communication & people skill

 Willing to be assigned at Jagakarsa, South Jakarta
