Education and Experience

• Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills
• Has good speaking and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Displays good coordination and organization skills
• Team Player
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), use of internet, email and google drive
• Bachelor Degree of Psychology/Industrial Engineering/Accounting or related field
• At least one year work experience in HR. Fresh graduates may be considered
• Detail oriented

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in selection and employee recruitment process
• Prepares documents for employee resignation or termination of employment process
• Prepares HR activity plan and budget
• Assist in processing employee discipline and grievance cases
• Processes manpower requests and requirements
• Keeps complete and accurate employee information and documents
• Exercises and performs other tasks as may be assigned by the department head
• Assist in administration of employee performance evaluation process
• Assist in planning and conducting employee training and events
• Coordinates with third parties such as government offices on regulatory requirements
• Assist in processing employee payroll and benefits administration
