The opportunity:

The Human Resources team is looking for an HR Advisor to support HR manager and supervise HR Assistant. This position will be based in Jakarta office.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. At the minimum four-year experience working in HR areas with a minimum one-year experience in supervising
2. Having HR experiences in a law firm or other professional services such as audit, consultant firm will be an advantage.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to work in a multicultural environment where English is the primary language.
5. Good attention to detail.
6. Organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting the end-to-end employee life cycle by providing talent engagement, advisory and administrative assistance to the HR team, partner and employee.
2. Manage recruitment process for internally efficient process and externally good branding to candidates.
3. Actively support talent branding activities to students/universities.
4. Manage new hire onboarding to help new hire to quickly adjust in timely manner.
5. Manage exit/leaver process to improve leaver’s experiences.
6. Supervise various HR administration process to provide excellent user’s experiences.
7. Support interaction with partner, employee for better engagement.
8. Support performance review processes.
