Job Purpose:
The Regional HRBP will play a critical role in driving HR strategy and initiatives across the region, with a primary focus on supporting and managing the Indonesia office.
This role involves collaborating with business unit leaders and their teams to deliver HR programs and practices that drive business leadership, culture, development, and engagement.
The Regional HRBP will provide strategic and operational HR support, ensuring alignment with regional business goals, processes, and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the overall HR function and daily HR operations across the region.
- Implement the regional HR strategy and lead key projects with a focus on fostering a Great Place to Work (GPTW), promoting diversity and inclusion, and driving high performance.
- Manage risk and compliance from an HR perspective, including ISO certification, QMS audits, and payroll audits.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team in each country to drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive the hiring plan and oversee requests/submissions for the region.
- Lead integration and change management activities based on business needs.
- Initiate the review, development, implementation, and interpretation of HR policies across the region.
- Partner with the APAC Compensation & Benefits team to ensure pay and benefits policies are aligned with business objectives and competitive in the market.
- Drive and lead regional HR corporate initiatives such as performance appraisal campaigns, talent development, and salary reviews.
- Provide performance improvement support, issue resolution, coaching, counseling, and process support to leaders and team leaders.
- Partner with the APAC Talent Lead to build the organizational capability, develop leadership, and manage succession planning across the region.
- Collaborate with the APAC Talent Acquisition team to guide hiring managers on inclusive hiring practices and support the acquisition of senior placements in the region.
- Contribute to the regional internal communications strategy and ensure effective communication within business units.
- Support and facilitate visa processing for the region's client groups in conjunction with our immigration lawyer.
- Analyze regional trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies aligned with business needs.
- provide advice on remuneration benchmarking for new and existing roles.

Experience:
- Prior experience managing Indonesia and other SEA countries is preferred
- Minimum of 10-15 years of robust regional HR business partnering experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong background in HR operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HRM, or Organizational Psychology.
