Manage General Affairs (office assets), general purchasement & vendors

Minimum 3 years of People & Culture experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; must from F&B or hospitality industry

Day-to-day People Partner operational activities (sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees)

Introduce and support People & Culture programs and initiatives to create a unique, successful, and fulfilling workplace.

Make sure that everyone on the team is engaged and productive - the team’s success is your success.

Own the process of all employees’ claims and insurance matters.

Developing & Monitoring Talent Management initiatives

Bachelor's degree from Business Management, Psychology or related fields

Supporting managers/Business Units and employees with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and workplace investigations;

Minimum of 2 years experiences as People Partner/HRBP function.

Excellent in communication and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Mengelola pelaksanaan kegiatan sumber daya manusia yang mencakup pemenuhan, penertiban dan pengembangan tenaga kerja;

Pengaturan ketenagakerjaan agar pelaksanaannya sesuai dengan kebijakan manajemen dan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku;

Memastikan berjalannya proses payroll/penggajian untuk tenaga harian lepas dan karyawan;

Mensupport pemenuhan kebutuhan karyawan dan tamu perusahaan di bagian General Service.

Minimal memiliki gelar sarjana di semua jurusan.

Minimal memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun kerja sebagai People Partner.
