PT Maju Aman Sejahtera with a brand name as Gadai MAS is a Pawnshop and is a leading provider of financial services and collateral-based loans. With multiple branches located in urban and suburban areas, we have been serving customers since our establishment in 2017. Our primary focus is providing quick and convenient financial solutions to individuals and small businesses in need of short-term cash.


Gadai MAS is officially registered and has been licensed by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) for each branch area; DKI Jakarta, Jawa Timur, Bali, NTB, NTT, Sulawesi Selatan, Kalimantan Timur & Sumatra Utara.


💰Salary

Rp5,000,000 - 7,000,000


👑 Job Role

  • Provide HR advice across the whole employment lifecycle. This includes Talent Acquisition, Performance and Talent Management, Employee Relations, Learning, and Development
  • Developing and implementing organizational policies.
  • Identifying trends and implementing new approaches to Performance Management so that the process meets the organization’s current needs and is able to motivate employee productivity.
  • Recognizing potential issues and constrain in performance management and communicating it to related parties to improve the performance management process
  • Ability to analyze and develop organization-focused solutions
  • Managing staff well-being and performance reviews.
  • Managing and Administering Employee Training & Development programs


⛩️ Requirements

  • Deep understanding of , Competency, Performance Appraisal, Work Load Analysis
  • Self-starter, motivated, detailed/results oriented & innovative
  • Bachelor's Degree majoring in Psychology /Management Human Resources major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Strong planning and organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a changing business environment
  • Having experience in People Development / Organization Development / Talent Management is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills & ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
