The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

• Communicate with multiple different stakeholders with ease, assist with problem solving and be able to raise early when there are foreseen issues.
• Oversee the achievement of all KPIs (GMV and P&L)
• Create and plan campaign strategy, assign manpower and prepare detailed campaign packages
• Lead various campaign initiatives and campaign projects
• Monitor team data for each campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance, provide recommendations for future optimization in structure planning.
• Lead the Digital Campaign team and groom the team member, giving direction on execution, giving advise for day to day operations

Requirements

• Familiar with Excel and PowerPoint
• Have experience in leading a team would be preferred
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in related field
• Having a background in campaign management, partnership, and project management would be an advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong in analytical and forecasting skills
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
