Understand and have experiences in operating Transport / Freight Management systems (TMS / FMS)

5+ years of experience in Express Company / Logistics Company, and managing some provinces/regions

Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & Lean skills will be an advantage)

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsible for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) implementation and ensuring people safety within assigned City(s)

Extensive experience in operations management, particularly in the e-com, social commerce or SaaS software industry.

Strong team management and leadership skills, with a proven track record of team building and motivating team members.

Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or related fields preferred.

Familiarity with TikTok ecosystem, and having experience in TikTok shop operations, especially on live selling, short video selling and advertising.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities to maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and partners.

Provide guidance and supervision to the team to ensure efficient functioning, continuous improvement in team performance, and professional development.

Extensive knowledge and understanding of all growth strategies/marketing, and project/program management. Good to have financial services/fintech lending experience.

Experience using telemarketing performance management tools is a plus

Work cross-functionally with other BUs, analytics, product management, operations, and marketing to design and execute growth initiatives

Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams group & divisions at all levels (e.g. management, team leaders, advisors)

Minimum 3-5 years experience in technology/financial services/or consulting industry

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff

Minimum 5 years experience in Fintech industry

Experience in Funding & Insurance Operation is advantage

Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills

Managing Funding & Credit Insurance operations

Daily/Weekly/Monthly Insurance Operations activities: register policy, invoice settlement, claim processing, top-up premium, etc

Maintaining relationships with Funding & Insurance partners

5-10 years experience in people management and people operations

Experience designing compensation and benefit packages

Experience in handling end to end payroll process implementation (pension plan/BPJS, checking, and tax report)

Experience within a rapidly changing organization in multinational company preferably within a fintech environment

Ensure end to end payroll process implementation without error (include pension plan/BPJS checking and tax report)

Responsible for checking all of onboarding, offboarding, and probationary activities based on timeline and checklist
