  • Responsible for checking all of onboarding, offboarding, and probationary activities based on timeline and checklist
  • Monitoring all admin reimbursement activity
  • Design salary structure and benchmark
  • Conduct onboarding session
  • Ensure every changes of employee details are aligned with Darwin Box and Talenta
  • Proposed employee benefit initiatives
  • Ensure end to end payroll process implementation without error (include pension plan/BPJS checking and tax report)


Qualifications

  • Good command of spoken and written in English
  • 5-10 years experience in people management and people operations
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Experience within a rapidly changing organization in multinational company preferably within a fintech environment
  • Experience designing compensation and benefit packages
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in handling end to end payroll process implementation (pension plan/BPJS, checking, and tax report)
