Senior Associate, Platform Operation Specialist

Lazada, a leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia, seeks a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Platform Operation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assortment operations and play a crucial role in driving the success of our online marketplace. Working closely with product managers, local commercial teams, traffic teams, and other stakeholders, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing strategies to optimize assortment performance.

Responsibilities:

• Propose and implement initiatives to enhance assortment efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product managers, local commercial teams, traffic teams, and online marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of assortment strategies.
• Identifying areas for improvement.
• Execution and Optimization:
• Lead cross-functional efforts to execute and optimize assortment strategies.
• Monitor assortment performance metrics and KPIs,
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

• 2 years of experience in e-commerce, tech, or consulting
• Bachelor's degree

• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
