Job Description

The main responsibility is to manage and drive the roadmap of our cross-product platform and internal tools, as well as application of AI for our operations. Your users/customers will be risk management team/ operations team/data team/ integration partners (HRIS partners, product partners).


Required qualification:

  • Ability to communicate in cross-cultural environments
  • Experience with work on API integrations
  • Ability to work with Engineering Teams, Technical background is a plus
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
  • SQL knowledge
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management Role
  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams
  • Interest and understanding of application of AI
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • At least 6 years of work experience
  • Understanding of user research techniques


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the product Lead on the product platform strategy
  • Identify application of AI to improve our scalability and data analytics
  • Oversees all aspects of product life cycle - ideation, user research, specifications, launch, user matrices analysis, roadmap
  • Determine product market demands and establish long term goals to develop the product strategy
