Job Description


  • Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and digital content.
  • Coordinate participation in exhibitions, industry events, and other marketing activities to expand reach and increase company exposure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers and other business partners to expand networks and create opportunities for cooperation.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and develop creative ideas to attract potential tenants.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends, and needs of prospective tenants, and identify the company's competitive advantage.
  • Manage marketing campaigns through various channels, including social media, online advertising, email and direct marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with prospective tenants and existing clients, as well as provide good customer service.
  • Plan and execute an effective marketing strategy to increase awareness and image of an office space leasing company.
  • Analyze marketing data and generate periodic performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
