Job Description
  • Maintain tenant database and renew prospective tenants
  • Having a negotiation skill & good communication skill (ability to speak Mandarin is a plus)
  • Have an understanding of the current market conditions
  • At least have 1 years of working experience (preferably Mall or Property) but fresh graduate are welcome.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any related degree.
  • Willing to be placed in Pluit, North Jakarta
  • Search and identify potential tenants
  • Create a good communication and cooperation with tenants
  • Energetic, dynamic & target oriented
  • Executing effective and efficient leasing activities to achieve target income
