About The Role
As a legal supervisor, you’ll need to be able to provide legal analysis and advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents as well as understand the products and negotiate with counterparts. You will work with many stakeholders and other legal team member from different Opcos and different products team.
What You Will Do

• Providing legal advice and assessment on legal and products matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and/or revising legal documents (agreements, amendments/addendums, etc.)
• Assisting the business units on any legal operations and contract matters, including but not limited to assisting contract negotiations with the merchants/ partners
• Handling day-to-day legal operations
• Understand and grasp the products

What You Will Need

• Having a good personality, effective problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skill
• Eager to learn and have strong knowledge of corporate law and commercial agreements
• Having a minimum of 2 – 3 years working experience as an in-house legal or associate at a law firm
• Able to adapt to different situations and scope of work (Agile)
• Fluency in business-level English both written and spoken
• Capable of working as a team player
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable University
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline

Bonus Points If

• Used to work with Sales and Marketing teams
• Involved in negotiation processes and providing legal advice and legal assessments
• Handle multiple products/ services

About The Team
GOTO Legal team consists of around 30 lawyers who handle different products and legal functions. The Merchant Legal team plays a pivotal part in dealing with many stakeholders from different groups and entities which also handle all the merchants from different products within Gojek and GTF Opcos. Being agile and persistent is a must.
