We are looking for a Legal Associate . The ideal candidate has experience in dynamic environments and can help scale and manage our rapid growth across Indonesia. What You Will Do

• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• Review and provide legal advice to support proper business process
• Draft, review, and finalize agreements and legal documents, and identify any potential risks and issues
• Represent the company to attend court hearings with external lawyers
• Conduct legal research and report findings or changes that may affect the company’s operation and compliance
• Liaise with all business units on relevant regulators, including licensing, registrations, and notifications etc.
• Perform administration in legal document and contracts

What We Seek

• Good command of spoken and written English is a must
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate in attention to detail and sense of legal risk awareness
• Good stakeholder management

What You Will Need

• Good command of spoken and written English is a must
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in legal areas, preferably in a major law firm or in-house legal department
• Bachelor Degree in Law
• Demonstrate in attention to detail and sense of legal risk awareness
• Knowledge and experience in handling corporate secretarial, legal matters, and contract review
