JOB DESCRIPTION

Associate lawyer’s role is to assist Partner in providing legal counsel to the clients. As an Associate, you will help your superior to create an effective case management in a complex and often unprecedented legal issues faced by clients and at the same time, nurturing client relationship and growing your professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Hold a bachelor of law degree from a reputable law school. A Master’s degree from an international university is an advantage.
2. At least 3 years of professional working experience from law firms with international exposure in handling corporate and commercial legal matters in practice area:Employment, Corporate Merger & Acquisition, Labour, Capital Market, Foreign Direct Investment, Joint Ventures, Dispute Resolutions, Energy, Mining, Real Estate, Shipping, Aviation, and Restructuring & Insolvency.
3. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must, including both written and verbal communication. Proficiency in other international languages is a plus (especially Mandarin).
4. Excellent case management & strong leadership.
5. Ability to work in a team, as well as on a self-directed basis, demonstrate attention to details, and ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.
