Job Description

Company Description

A new boutiqe law firm in Jakarta is looking for a Junior Associate Lawyer. We are focus on bankruptcy, litigation, and commercial dispute resolution.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Associate Lawyer. As a part of our law office team in Jakarta, Indonesia, you will assist with legal research, preparing legal documents, and providing consultation to clients.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a practicing lawyer
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in both verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or an equivalent qualification from a reputable university
  • PERADI License
  • Demonstrates knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including Bankruptcy Law, Indonesian Civil Law, Criminal law, and Commercial Law
  • Involved in PKPU or Bankruptcy Process, either assisting Debtors, Creditors, Administrator, or Receiver.
