We are expanding our Legal Department and we're looking for a Corporate Lawyer who will be responsible for handling different processes of various countries, providing a global vision to the operation.

This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

What you will do:

• Understand, research, and apply applicable local corporate and commercial laws, rules, and precedents;
• Assist in selecting and managing external consultants and outside counsel;
• Assist on corporate business transactions as needed, including financings and M&A;
• Manage entity compliance calendar and corporate filing;
• Assistance in the development of risk management strategies and the prevention of legal problems;
• Corporate formation and support of global legal entities in various international jurisdictions;
• Assist in legal corporate research from different jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and various departments on expectations, timing, and process of corporate matters;
• Reviewing and editing corporate organizational documents, consents, and resolutions;

What we expect from you:

• High level of ownership, responsibility, and self-organization;
• Independence and result orientation;
• 5-6 years of experience in a law firm or corporate field (law firm experience would be an advantage);
• Excellent project management skills;
• Analytical set of mind and exceptional research skills;
• Fluent in Indonesian and English languages - proficiency at C1/C2 level;
• Understanding of the tech industry features.
• International practice is highly preferred;
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills;
• Flexibility and critical thinking;
