International Channels Director Jobs

Responsibilities and Duties:

1、Develop and execute international channel development strategies, set sales targets and plans to ensure sales performance objectives are achieved.

2、Manage and develop relationships with international channel partners, establish close collaboration with channel partners to drive sales growth.

3、Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the international channel team, ensuring efficient team operations and performance.

4、Analyze market trends and competitors, develop corresponding marketing strategies to enhance the company's visibility and competitiveness in international markets.

5、Collaborate closely and coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and technical support, to support the development and operation of international channel business.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1、Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.

2、Extensive experience in international channel business management, particularly in the ICT industry or related fields.

3、Strong leadership and team management skills, able to motivate team members and drive business development.

4、Familiarity with best practices in international markets and global channel management, with experience in international business expansion and management

5、Fluent in spoken and written English, proficiency in other languages will be considered an additional advantage.
