Finance Director (Manufacturing) Jobs

As Finance Director, Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in helping us to ‘close the loop’ on plastics in Indonesia and drive value creation for all stakeholders. You will help us to achieve this by:

• Provide advisory and consultative support to the company in all finance-related areas including accounting policies and other compliance requirements.
• Ensures the timely production of financial reports in line with reporting requirements set by regulators and other stakeholders
• Directs and supervises the financial team to ensure that they fulfill their obligations and organize all accounting work based on local GAAP and IFRS.
• Implement and continuously improve internal controls and processes that ensure accurate reporting and proper safeguarding of company assets.
• Work closely with HQ to ensure the upkeep of high financial integrity standards while conducting business.
• Analyzing and reporting on financial performance, monitoring performance variance, and initiating corrective action.
• Driving the company’s financial planning by analyzing its performance and risks. Ensures all divisions comply with the approved budget.
• Develops systems to ensure financial effectiveness and cost control
• Manages cash flow and monitors and reviews the company's cash-flow position to ensure the business is financially liquid to meet its obligations.
