Marketing Deputy Director (Jakarta)

Salary : Rp. 40.000.000 (Nett) *exclude allowances

Responsibility:

• Managing all of the show’s communications, on and offline, to all targeted audiences (exhibitors, visitors, press, institutions and partners)
• - managing positive exposure for the events he/she is in charge of
• - improving national and international traffic, in both qualitative and quantitative terms, of the show/event he/she is in charge of
• Deputy Director Marketing develops and is responsible for implementing the communications and/or events strategy of one or more shows/events.
• He/she coordinates the development of his/her staff and promotes a working environment conducive to collective performance in line with the group’s HR strategy.
• With the assistance of his/her teams, he/she is responsible for:
• He/she coordinates cross-functional assignments in his/her area of responsibility within his/her division and/or the group.

Requirements:

Education : Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications

Language : Indonesia and English

Experience : 7-9 plus years' professional marketing experience.

Additional

- Marketing team management experience.

- PR relation resources will be a plus

- Familiar with Digital Marketing with resources will be a plus

- Excellent English skills (oral and written), French will be a plus

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
