Summary

  • Building and broadening a sustainable digital ecosystem, strengthening our domestic repertoire strategy with a great artists roster and leveraging our strength in music catalogue will be the key drivers of our business and market share growth.
  • Responsible for the overall performance of the domestic repertoire and ensure all business goals and objectives are reached. Identify opportunities to grow the market share and organic listener.


Here, you will be involved in:

MARKETING & PROMOTIONS

  • Work closely with Brand Sync and Artist Management team to support character development and non-stream related revenue and exposure.
  • Deliver on monthly Market Share Goals and Organic Listener for Domestic Owned Roster
  • ROI Driven marketing budget management. Gather, analyze and package regular post-mortem on marketing plans, to improve future marketing strategies and decision making.
  • Continue advancing innovative and unique opportunities to help artists grow not only domestically but also help them seek audiences in other markets around Asia and the world.
  • Hold a strong relationship with WM Indonesia Artist and their respective team, to increase monthly listener, also to grow their awareness and exposure.
  • Lead Domestic Day coordination. Responsible for holistic plan, execution of marketing activities and evaluation of release. In close coordination with R&A team.
  • Build strong relationship with Medias, DSPs, Label Partners, Platform Partners, KOLs, and Industry Players. Conduct Regular calls and touchpoints as needed.
  • Data and analytics driven decision making for all areas of marketing planning and execution.
  • Develop a domestic strategy including, but not limited to marketing, promotion, release strategy and timeline in conjunction with the Digital Strategy, A&R and Regional Team.
  • Oversee new domestic releases marketing & promotional planning (for local signings, distribution deals & key strategic releases) with the key objectives of creating hits, increasing market share and breaking artists.

CATALOGUE

  • Manage and oversee catalogue releases & marketing plan. Put the release in a proper context and find ways to put it in front of the right audience and draw in new listeners
  • Embrace all relevant social platforms and channels to clearly identify the audience
  • Plan & prioritize goals and activities on asset management, monitor the progress of digitalization of catalogue content. Make sure the promotional contents are of excellent quality
  • Reach out to the diaspora to grow consumption overseas and increase overseas royalty income


It's music to our ears if you have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, able to communicate well with regional and global teams.
  • Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment, being agile and resourceful
  • Have a knowledge and passion of international repertoire music
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in online/digital marketing or marketing/creative agency environment. Experience in entertainment industry or music marketing will be a plus
  • Knowledge of data analytics to optimize results and performances
  • Experienced in leading a small to mid size team
  • Able to plan, manage and deliver marketing campaigns to a high standard
  • Strong ambition and drive to achieve desired business results
  • In depth knowledge of social media platforms and streaming digital service providers
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
