(Logistics Shipping) Sales Account Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop new methods or strategies to achieve the sales target.
• Prospect and qualify new sales leads by actively approaching targeted business clients (by cold-calling, emailing, networking, social media approaching, etc.)
• Schedule meetings and presentations with potential leads and current business clients.
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and current business clients.
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of potential leads.
• Leading for rental trucking, warehouse leasing, clearance services, both of regular and projects based.
• Create a weekly sales report.
• Create proposal based on the sales target needs.
• Collaborate across the team to ensure the service standards are met.
• Getting B2B clients abroad using the company services.
• Achieve sales target by assessing current business client's needs and following a defined selling process with potential leads.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree is preferred (not a must).
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• 1+ years experience in industrial logistics or shipping.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales target.
