ROLE OUTLINE: Developing Marketing & executing strategic plans for setting up and running International business across different regions in India with a focus on generating revenue from international sales. The position holder shall provide leadership support towards increasing geographic foot print of APML outside India, achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s vision and values while acting as an expert and providing logistics solutions to global clients.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

1. Strategic Marketing Planning for International Business • Prepare policies, Marketing strategies and operating plans in order to establish and setup entire division of international business for APML in different regions across India.
2. Represent APML and participate in activities of International Association of Movers (IAM), FIDI, ERC, Implementing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
3. Identify & establish relationships with overseas vendors to manage operational activities in order to meet service level expectations, coordinating marketing efforts with cross-functional teams like sales and product development
4. Conceptualize and discuss supply chain & Execution strategy with the Management for international business expansions. Ensure implementation of the most suitable plan of action.
5. Work with Management to develop SOPs for all processes from Survey to shipment and scheduling/ shipping practices for efficiently carrying out logistics. Consult them for development of International Sales strategy & initiatives & drive successful execution.
6. Negotiate & set cost optimal costs for sea & air freight carriers. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, material flow improvement, and business development wherever possible.
7. Ensure that logistics system is operated in accordance with local, state and federal customs laws. Develop and monitor international routing instructions for suppliers.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

· MBA in International Marketing would be preferred.

• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing strategies

· Exposure of working for a multinational service provider, good understanding of Logistics industry will be preferred.

· Knowledge and keen interest in laws, customs and other regulatory compliances
