As the F&B Marketing Manager, a cherished locale with a rich historical ambiance, your role will be pivotal in narrating our unique story and magnifying our presence in the competitive culinary scene. Responsibilities:
- Event Planning: Plan and liaise with internal management team to manage events such as seasonal availability, community events, or promotional activities that can help increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities. Track changes in consumer behavior and adjust strategies as needed.
- Evaluate and Report: Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on foot traffic, customer satisfaction, and sales. Provide monthly reports to senior management.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective and produce a return on investment.
- Brand Management: Ensure all marketing activities align with the brand identity and message. Maintain consistent branding across all channels.
- Collaborate with Operations: Collaborate with operations teams to synchronize marketing strategies and improve overall customer experience.
- Social Media and Digital Platforms Management: Manage the restaurant's social media profiles and digital platforms.
- Public Relations: Manage public relations efforts, including working with local press and influencers. Act as a representative of the brand in interviews and statements to the press.
Qualifications:
- Personal Traits: Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and proficiency in various marketing software (like CRM tools, Google Analytics, and social media platforms).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
