Job Description

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia | Team Size: 7 | Reports to: Channels Sales Director | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Indonesia | Language Requirements: Fluent/Professional level English and Indonesian, written and spoken.


As part of Crayon Indonesia’s growth, we are looking for our new Key Account Manager to be part of our highly skilled Channel Sales Team. You will be accountable for our Channel coverage in Indonesia. The key to succeeding in this role will be to attract new customers of the channel segment, as well as driving higher value engagement with existing customers, focusing on channel accounts, increasing adoption and retention. Furthermore, you will be responsible for accelerating market growth and lead with core (Optimization and Services), by focusing on solutions to drive high value. As this role is focusing on expanding potential, occasional travel might be required.


Other responsibilities will include

  • Assist other departments as and when needed
  • Deliver on the Revenue, Sales, Gross Profit accountability on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis aligned to the overall country targets
  • Drive channel business development, pipeline generation, sales & marketing, demand generation, as well as creation activities with accurate forecasting and on time CRM reporting
  • Develop a strong product, solutions and services understanding around relevant partners & publishers
  • Plan and build channel pipeline, forecasts, opportunity progression, order booking, and collections on a weekly basis, as well as delivering performance on KPI’s


Your Competencies

  • Understand and have knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud portfolio
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or IT related field
  • 5+ years' sales experience, relevant Channel Account Management experience or experience from consultancy business
  • Proven experience with solution selling multi-cloud solutions and software licensing
