Role Overview:

As the Director of HR & Finance, you will play a critical role in steering the organization's growth through strategic financial management and human resources leadership. Your unique blend of expertise in both HR and Finance will empower our team to achieve new heights while ensuring the long-term financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and plans to support the company's growth objectives
• Monitor and analyze the company's financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize decision-making
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as banks and auditors
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls

Human Resources Leadership

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws, and maintain strong relationships with legal counsel and external HR partners
• Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's growth and maintain a positive, inclusive culture
• Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training & development
• Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and processes
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial/HR software
• Solid understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
