Sales Manager / Sales Director

As a Sales Manager / Sales Director, you will be responsible for generating leads and sales by managing the sales lifecycle from prospecting to close. You will also be responsible for elevating client relationships and effectively executing customer communications at all business levels.
What You Will Do

• Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction and interaction
• Identify business expansion opportunities, analyse market potential and target new business of the highest value in Indonesia
• Build effective networks across business areas
• Partner with technical and account management teams
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

Requirements

• Deep understanding of SEA’s digital marketing landscape with strong business relationships and strong knowledge of local working cultures
• Self-motivation, initiative, and high energy
• An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business
• Demonstrable experience in digital marketing with specific knowledge in performance marketing
• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent
• 6 to 8+ years of experience for Sales Director
• Knowledge of performance marketing, programmatic buying, and RTB model
• Strong understanding of retargeting will be highly advantageous
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Strong influence with exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Must speak highly fluent Bahasa language as this person will be interacting regularly with customers in Indonesia; Fluency in English is also required
• We can consider 2 to 6 years of experience for Sales Manager
• Ability to understand customers’ needs and requirements and translate these into profitable solutions for both the customers and the company
• Proven track record working with the major brands directly and also with major advertising/media agencies
