Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (Minamas - Jakarta, Indonesia)


Your Mission...

  • Legal Advisory - Advises Management on any legal issues affecting the interest of Minamas Plantation (Upstream Indonesia), provision of legal opinion and input.
  • Safekeeping and Custody of documents - Filing and safekeeping of specified original documents.
  • Meeting Management - Notification of meetings, compilation of meeting materials, preparation of minutes.
  • Litigation Management - Coordination with lawyers for filing of legal suits or defending legal suits, preparation of legal reports, settlement of legal fees.
  • Corporate Secretarial Compliance and Governance - Advises Management on corporate secretarial compliance and governance related matters and other corporate secretarial matters which includes Shareholders Resolutions, corporate licenses application and renewals, coordination with Minority Interest, communication with auditors.
  • Document Preparation - Prepare and/or review agreements and legal documentation.


Ideal Candidate...

  • Preferably holds a Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia (PERADI) License
  • Department of a company
  • At least 10 Years working experience in a Legal Firm or in a Legal
  • Degree in Law
