Legal Support Section Head Jobs

Minimum 6 years working experience as in-house lawyer from reputable company;

Having experience in retail is an advantage;

Drafting & review agreements and other legal documents;

Provide comprehensive legal research and advice related to relevant issues;

Monitor Corporate Secretary functions, including to provide documents for general meetings of shareholders;

Liaise with relevant government institutions, such as Investment Coordinating Board or Ministry of Trade;

Min. 5 years related experience in IT Production Support from Insurance Industry

Bachelor Degree from reputable university, preferably from IT major

Good command of written and spoken English

New ACS Project dan ACS BAU

Experienced in the same role for 2 - 4 years

Good knowledge and familiar with Agreement Contract, RUPS, Capital Market, Intellectual Property (IP) Regulation & etc

Fluent in English both soken and written

Meeting Management - Notification of meetings, compilation of meeting materials, preparation of minutes.

At least 10 Years working experience in a Legal Firm or in a Legal

Document Preparation - Prepare and/or review agreements and legal documentation.

Safekeeping and Custody of documents - Filing and safekeeping of specified original documents.

Preferably holds a Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia (PERADI) License

Corporate Secretarial Compliance and Governance

Experienced working in public company is must.

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Assistant Manager specializing in Law/ Legal Services or equivalent.

Having experience in making contracts, business cooperation agreement (JV), merger & acquisition, and IPO.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Law, preferably in Corporate Law from reputable university.

Good understanding and comprehension on law subjects such as corporate law, property law regulation, contract negotiation & preparation.

Bachelor Degree of Finance, Accounting or Management

Experienced min. 3 years in finance and accounting

Having knowledge about administration and finance

Honest and have high level of integrity

Good in computer application: MS Office

Conducting various legal assignments, e.g.:

•Conducting legal research, providing legal advice and legal documents for various transactions;

•Assisting in legal compliance and legal documentation (such as corporate deeds, contracts, NDA, and MOU/cooperation agreements).

•Bachelor’s degree majoring in Law from a reputable university;

•Must have knowledge and experience in corporate law;

•Must possess contract drafting and negotiating skills;

Conducting various legal assignments, e.g.:

•Conducting legal research, providing legal advice and legal documents for various transactions;

•Assisting in legal compliance and legal documentation (such as corporate deeds, contracts, NDA, and MOU/cooperation agreements).
