Section Head Of Legal

Responsibilities:

Conducting various legal assignments, e.g.:

•Drafting and reviewing various agreements and other legal documents, mostly related to acquisition, project financing, and debt financing;

•Conducting legal research, providing legal advice and legal documents for various transactions;

•Assisting in legal compliance and legal documentation (such as corporate deeds, contracts, NDA, and MOU/cooperation agreements).

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree majoring in Law from a reputable university;

•Minimum 7 years experience as a lawyer and or in-house legal in a reputable law firm and or public company;

•Must possess contract drafting and negotiating skills;

•Must be fluent in English, and able to review/ draft documents in the English language;

•Must have knowledge and experience in corporate law;

•Keep abreast of capital market laws and regulations (POJK and IDX regulations);

•Possessing a can-do attitude and the ability to learn fast;
