Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Law, preferably in Corporate Law from reputable university.
• Experienced working in public company is must.
• Mature, detail, trustworthy and well-organized.
• Having experience in making contracts, business cooperation agreement (JV), merger & acquisition, and IPO.
• Computer literate and good communication in English is a must (both oral or written).
• Good understanding and comprehension on law subjects such as corporate law, property law regulation, contract negotiation & preparation.
• Preferably Assistant Manager specializing in Law/ Legal Services or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be willing to work inEast Jakarta.

• Assist to provide legal advice, guidance or analysis on all kinds of legal matters related to the business process.
• Monitoring the license and legal document of the company.
• Handling wide range of legal related matters ranging from drafting to reviewing regulation, agreement and any contract that are related to company both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Control and store document company and business licenses of the company.
• Coordinate with external parties such as notary public, external legal consultant, OJK, and government institution and/or any other third parties, as required to take care of matters related to legal policies in companies and affiliated companies.
• Prepare the GMS of the company and subsidiaries accordance with the articles of association and legal regulation in force in Indonesia.
