As Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary you'll have to:

Responsibilities

• Maintaining regular communications with the capital market regulatory agencies including all matters pertaining to governance, corporate actions and material transactions;
• Handling and supervising the team that handle the entirety of the corporate secretarial matters of the company
• Providing input to Board of Directors and Commissioners to comply with laws and regulations of Limited Liability Company as well as Capital Market;
• Monitoring the Company’s compliance with the Company Law and other statutory provisions, the Articles of Association, Financial Services Authority and capital market rules and related statutory regulations, in close coordination with the Legal Department;
• Planning to evaluation related to the updated correspondence and correspondence management system
• Ensuring that shareholders and the general public are kept regularly informed about the Company’s actions, financial position and other material matters;

Job Requirement:

• Having good knowledge about the updated regulations in Indonesia
• Have experience both in Legal and Corporate Secretary functions
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Familiar with Corporate Secretarial matters (Annual Report, Bappepam/ IDX reporting).
• Work Location : Karawaci, Tangerang
• Experienced upon handling managerial level type of work, specialized in corporate secretarial or equivalent
• At least 7-10 years of working experience in the related scope of work as leader
