Head Of Legal & Corporate Secretary

A global natural resources commodity house, with branch offices and mining assets in several countries, including Indonesia. They are currently looking for a Head of Corporate Secretary and Legal as the company is preparing for corporate actions. This position will work alongside with holding Corporate Finance Team

Responsibilities

1. In-house corporate secretarial duties, especially handling Corporate Action matters.

2. Maintaining all legal documents of the company group.

3. Acting as an Advisor for C-level executives, providing analysis from a legal perspective, related to corporate actions, and the legal compliance aspects of public companies.

4. Building relationships with regulators.

5. Analyzing legal risks and remedies.

Qualifications

1.Senior level with >7 years of experience in the Capital Market and Corporate Action field.

2.Previous experience as a Corporate Secretary (mandatory).

3.Previous experience as a Legal Counsel in a legal consultant firm (a plus).

4.Proactive.

5. Solution-oriented.

6. Technical experience in the preparation and execution of IPOs, Bonds, Rights Issues, information disclosure, material transactions, etc.

7. Having experience in legal matters in other law such as mining company, labor Law, litigation. (will be value added but not as main requirement)
