Job Description

About The Job:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Legal & Compliance Manager to join our team. The mission for this position will be to achieve 100% regulatory compliance for the company and its products, and identifying & mitigating legal issues and risks.


Here’s how you’ll be contributing to Our Team

  • Liaising with partner’s legal & compliance team to create compliant products.
  • Analyzing OJK/AFPI regulations/updates and provide team direction and guidelines on compliance with the relevant regulations and standards.
  • Advising on day to day legal matters of the company.
  • Review and evaluate existing company procedures & processes, and suggest changes where required.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with relevant authorities (OJK, AFPI, AfTech etc.)
  • Providing legal advice, and support in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Leading and owning BOD & BOC meetings, regulatory reporting and compliance matters.


A bit about you:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa.
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities and an analytical mind with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a legal & compliance officer, manager, or similar position (preferred experience from a growth fintechcompany).
