Deskripsi Pekerjaan Legal & Compliance Staff :

Menyusun dan memeriksa draft perjanjian sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku.

3.Menyusun Legal Opinion atas keadaan atau permasalahan yang timbul dalam perusahaan.

Menguasai terkait proses pelaksanaan RUPS beserta penyusunan dokumen RUPS

Memastikan berjalannya kegiatan analisa /review terhadap dokumen perusahaan khususnya terkait aspek -aspek hukum.

Melakukan monitoring/pengawasanatas kewajiban yang diperyaratkan oleh regulator untuk di implementasikan pada perusahaan

Well-versed in government reporting, financial institutions regulations, consumer protection, AML-CFT, KYC/KYB and fraud management is a plus

Prepare requirements for regulatory submissions

Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in the Legal and Compliance function of financial institutions, preferably lending business

Have knowledge of the regulatory provisions of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, preferably in lending business

Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively communicate advice backed up by sound judgment

Provide assistance/coordination to regulators (Disnaker, Immigration, Customs, Dept. of Finance, Police, etc.) if needed.

Minimum 1 year experience as Legal Staff/Compliance Staff

Experienced in operating OSS System

Making and/or checking the Company's legal documents based on the applicable laws and regulations.

Make and/or check all Company agreements.

Representing The Company In Any General Corporate Commercial Legal Matters
