What You Will Do

• Manage and administer company permits related to various businesses run by the company
• Collect and maintain all legal and compliance related documents
• Plan and implement the legal compliance program for the company.
• Ensuring the compliance and renewals of all the licenses, contracts, agreements and permits of the company
• Create, review and manage company internal and external agreement documents including employment contracts
• Liaison with government bodies and regulating bodies
• Provide legal advice/opinion for matters relating to the company
• Review and update the standards of conduct in the organization.
• Consult with a corporate attorney to resolve the compliance issues.

Requirements

• Willingness for cross function and continuous improvement project regarding business process that is managed
• Strong organization and analytical skills
• Professional compliance advanced degree/certifications such as Advokat will be preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Risk Management or related field.
• Familiar with all business state and local regulations.
• Having 2 years of experience working as a Compliance Officer or a similar role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
