Requirement :

- minimum S1 Law

- have legal experience in a start up company

- flexible in communication , reliable in negotiating, & honest

- able to master and make business contract

- able to speak English

- have strong self-confidence

- have high loyalty and never give up

- master the limited liability Company Law

- understand business license such as SIUP, IZI, and other business permit

Job Desc :

• Ensure that permit registration process runs in a timely manner for both new license registrations or license renewals
• Accompany any audit / surveillance activities related to the licensing or regulatory process.
• Provide direction and assistance for any legal issues of the company
• Make and review all agreements between the company and third parties in accordance with applicable policies
• Keep all documents related to legality and licensing
• Maintain good relationship with third parties
• Manage the company’s licensing with related parties in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations
• Communicating and coordinating with third parties or other related institutions in relation to the required licensing documents
• Ensure to always be aware of regulatory updates from the ministry of health and other relevant institutions
