Deskripsi Pekerjaan Legal & Compliance Staff :

Menyusun dan memeriksa draft perjanjian sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku.

3.Menyusun Legal Opinion atas keadaan atau permasalahan yang timbul dalam perusahaan.

Menguasai terkait proses pelaksanaan RUPS beserta penyusunan dokumen RUPS

Memastikan berjalannya kegiatan analisa /review terhadap dokumen perusahaan khususnya terkait aspek -aspek hukum.

Melakukan monitoring/pengawasanatas kewajiban yang diperyaratkan oleh regulator untuk di implementasikan pada perusahaan

Provide assistance/coordination to regulators (Disnaker, Immigration, Customs, Dept. of Finance, Police, etc.) if needed.

Minimum 1 year experience as Legal Staff/Compliance Staff

Experienced in operating OSS System

Making and/or checking the Company's legal documents based on the applicable laws and regulations.

Make and/or check all Company agreements.

Compile a database of all applicable laws and regulations related to the Company's obligations.

Has deep knowledge of legal aspects and contract drafting with excellent communication, negotiation, networking, management, and critical thinking skills

Advising The Management Team On Various Legal Issues

Updating The Management Team Of The Company On Any Newly-issued Laws And Regulations Related To The Business Of The Company

Experienced upon reporting to Board of Directors, and handling subordinates

Department Head Role, Reporting Straight To BOD (which Then Leads To More Strategic Role Of Decision Making)

Representing The Company In Any General Corporate Commercial Legal Matters

Advise business and senior management on applicable rules and regulations.

Have vast knowledge and understanding of OJK regulation and OJK system reports.

Have experience in drafting, analyzing and handling business contracts, agreements and other corporate legal documents.

Good attention detail and strong analytical skills.

Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.

Draft and review various legal documents, and/or negotiate on contracts with external partners.
