Head Of Sales Trading

Responsibilities :

• Conduct program and create product/package with (or without) Dealers to increase sales volume and used car market share
• Assess B2B & B2C local market conditions & business competition and identify current and prospective sales opportunities for a used car
• Launch, control, and review sales program (dealer & customer) to ensure the effectiveness of the program
• Bring out the best of Sales Team Members by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation
• Develop and maintain relationships with Dealers used car network
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
• Investigate factors impacting sales performance
• Plan and execute sales plan under the guideline policy including strategies and plan on annual budget with an objective to achieve sales, maintain and increase customers, generate income, and be profitable as a company and principal guideline.

Qualifications :

• Should be willing to work with the sales target
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Solid leadership and strong relationship building
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
• In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
• Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales position, preferably in automotive used car
• Target-oriented and have a strong drive in achieving the target
