Branch Manager International Freight Forwarding

- Bachelor graduates of all majors
- Experienced as Sales Manager, Business Development in International Freight Forwarding minimal 7 years
- Responsible for the distribution of targets and achievement of existing targets set by the company
- Provide support to Sales in building relationships with customers, especially strategic customers
- Ensure all processes run smoothly from order receipt to payment
- Ensure every tariff request from customers is presented quickly, accurately, and competitively
- Support the commercial team in negotiations with vendors and government agencies (establish relationships)
- Ensure all orders can be invoiced properly, correctly, and on time
- Monitor all orders entered in the system
- Monitor all executed orders and updated activity in real time
- Ensure operational activities run in accordance with all applicable export import SOP
- Lead coordination meetings between Sales, Operations, Commercial and bridge business units with bussiness partner (3C)
- Set a sales strategy to achieve target
- Margin approval in accordance with applicable SOA
- Organize the operational team to effectively and efficiently provide the best service accordingly with an agreed SLA with Customer
- Have experience in Export - Import
- It is preferable to have a PPJK certificate
- Have good communication skills and leadership skills
- Have good analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Candidates will be placed in North Jakarta
