About the Company

Our client is a leading commercial digital bank that has been publicly listed in Indonesian stock market, providing current and saving account, loans, investment credit, mobile banking, and other related products and services.

:

• Does all the above in accordance with the bank's policies and consistent with the interest of customers, stockholders, employees, and the public.
• Defines and establishes current and long-range objectives, plans and policies.
• Oversees day-to-day management of the bank, including supervision of the bank's financial performance, credit quality, business development, operations, human resources and regulatory issues at the branch and consolidated bank level.
• Reports activities in these areas as it relates to return on investment and risk to the board of directors.
• Provides leadership regarding bank culture and achievement of strategic goals.

Your Qualification:

• Combination experience as Chief or Director or Vice President (VP) role at banking company also considerable.
• Experience background as Director for the top tier banking company or digital bank in Indonesia is a must.
• Bachelor degree (Master degree is preferred).
• 12+ years experience in banking industry with 5+ years in top management position is a must.
• Good health track record.
• Good track record (good integrity record as senior banker is preferable).
• Good English communication.
