Vice President Business Operation Hospital

Reporting directly to Managing Director, you will be leading the Operation Branch section to ensure successful implementation of Operation-wide business plans and smooth day-to-day clinics business operation in delivering high quality and safety customer care. This position has ± 25 members in branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• To lead, develop and build a high performing operation team committed to and engaged in the company’s target, vision, mission and value.
• To implement an operation strategic plan / initiatives and goals, policies to maximize revenue / business growth in accordance with company’s targets, planning cost management, and planning for human resources allocation budget, as well as applicable regulatory requirements.
• To manage and maintain good relationships with doctors, customers, communities, corporations and governments.
• To ensure all operation licenses and permits and regulations are in line with laws and valid at all times.

Requirements:

• Expertise in operation management, customer service management, Indonesian Hospital government regulation and accreditation requirements.
• Minimum bachelor’s in Management / Business / Engineering / Medicine. MBA is preferred.
• Strong leadership, decision making, and developing others.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Strong business acumen, strategy thinking, and driving changes.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant middle managerial experience within the hospital / beauty clinic industry.
