• Shield team from external interference and ensure team is fully functional and productive
• Foster close cooperation across all team members, encourage cross-training and supporting each other
• Guide the team and organization on digital marketing practices and methodologies
• Oversee the campaign management process and coach the team; facilitate transparency and adaptation to deliver impact
• Remove impediments (e.g., logistical challenges, vendor dependencies)
• Facilitate communication and collaboration inside and outside the team
• Foster self-organization and growth within the team; push the team when necessary
• Lead daily standup, campaign review, working sessions, and planning meetings in a way that ensures full team engagement
• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of punishment
