Job Description

This position will be responsible for managing team in terms of generating leads that includes qualifying leads, retaining and expanding existing relationships, and following up inquiries from potential leads. You will provide consultation in order to identify the best assessments to help clients select and develop the right people for the right roles. You will handle premium accounts independently with your team.

  • Managing prestigious account and grow its business potential
  • Provide talent business solutions (in the scope of talent assessment-development and organizational development) through consultancy approach based on client needs.
  • Maintain regular conversation with clients to build and develop relationships.
  • Dealing with senior management and top leaders from various industries, hence, needs to be able to have good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment; and analyze their needs in Talent Assessment and/or Development.
  • Ad-hoc assignments or projects as assigned by the Management


Requirements:


  • Knowledge and exposure in Talent Assessment and Development will be an added advantage.
  • A natural team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably having working experience in multinational company.
  • Strong negotiation skill and persuasive selling skill.
  • Candidates with at least 5 years of solid experience in a similar capacity will be highly preferred (having previous working experience as relationship manager or account manager in services industry).
  • Well-versed in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Energetic, positive can-do attitude, adept to fast-paced environment.
  • Preferably graduated from psychology, management or business.
