Responsibilities

As a key member of the executive team, reporting to the global brand headquarters, you will assume a pivotal role in shaping the future of this influential brand. In this capacity, you will lead the overall strategic direction, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence. Your principal focus will encompass overseeing the P&L, optimizing financial performance, managing a network of franchisees, and fostering strong partnerships with them. Leveraging your exceptional leadership acumen, you will drive the brand's expansion and achieve the ambitious goal of doubling its footprint over time.



Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 18 years' post-graduation experience, with a proven track record of successfully collaborating with franchisees. You are renowned for your expertise in business partnerships, characterized by outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills, complemented by a distinguished academic background. While your professional background may span various B2C industries, experience working with multinational firms would be advantageous.
