Summary

Support Strategic Consulting team in delivering Client’s projects appointment and maintain research data which shall be used for both client and internal reference.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Prepare “Marketbeat” research publication which shall be used for both client and internal customers. This includes formatting data in reports for use by third party systems.
• Assist to collect and compile property data related to consultancy projects on schedule with full supervision within specified standard in order to recommend the best property advice and to deliver a qualified consultancy report on time.
• If appointed as the project team leader, able to lead the project team from site and market surveys to coordinating in producing advice and consulting reports.
• Conduct/support any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the company.
• Responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing property market data/information in order to provide the most up-to-date, reliable, and systematic property market database, both for internal (to support other departments’ function) and for clients.

• In depth knowledge in Indonesia real estate market and market economies.

• Effective analytical techniques, strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to present information to a diverse audience in a concise and thorough manner.
• Ability to synthesize market information into investment recommendation.
• Must be a strong individual contributor and team player with a “can do” attitude.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power Point and Word or other application.
• Ability to lead and manage project teams.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Professional Experience

• Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban & City Planning, Real Estate Finance/Development, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Proven track record with 1 – 3 years of research-related experience, preferably in Developer / Property Consultant Firm (as researcher/consultant/valuer).
