In view of digitalization, we are currently transforming to be an leading edge computing player, expanding our solutions into the entire Data Centre space, focusing on niches with our containerized DC hardware solutions, as well gearing for software and service offerings.

Goal:

With digitalization, Data Centre (be it edge or cloud), is crucial to support digitalised real time applications. With our new suite of micro/mini Data Centre containerised edge computing hardware and software solutions, we are seeking to be a game changer to convert existing Data Centre convectional architectural designs, especially in the dimension of electromechanical. The key selling will be lower CAPEX & OPEX. We have identified various key prioritized segments. Supplying of solutions is just the beginning. As an early adopter, we shall next develop recurring service-maintenance and operational capability targeting end-users, to complete our entire selling model.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about new technology, experimenting and innovating around solutions to solve customers’ pain points. To begin with, in-depth cultural/technical trainings will be provided. The career growth is enormous subject to one’s performance, into regional and management capacities.

OBJECTIVES

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer enquiries, understand their pain points and propose solution best suited for the deployment
• Coaching and guidance will be provided under the Regional Solution Lead to deliver technical/engineering support to customers
• Perform product demonstration to customers, partners in exhibition/events in Indonesia and regionally
• Regional travel to Asia Pacific are required
• Conduct presentation customers physically and virtually
• Learn from experience and able to focus on solving issues on site
• Basic understanding and working knowledge with Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering
• Make site visits to assess requirements, constraints and situation
• Be able to understand construction drawing, single line diagram and schematic diagram to prepare the necessary tender breakdown/bill of material/RFQ/RFP/RFI
• Maintain strong, productive and collaborative working relationship across all internal stakeholders (Commercial, Business Development, Finance)

Requirements

Career:

• Familiarity with SAP ERP or AUTOCAD will be an added advantage
• 2 years of working experience in the related field preferred.
• Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office features
• Excellent verbal and written English communication, verbal communication in multiple languages/local dialect will be an added advantages

Certificates

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering preferred.
