Job Description
  • Maintain the necessary SLAs and report to the team manager on a regular basis.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of policies and procedures and assess potential risks
  • Review and verify customer data and supporting appendices to ensure all documents are valid (individual/corporate).
  • Liaise with other stakeholders to provide information about user profile
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Keep up with regulatory requirements and be open to learning about any changes in regulation.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university
  • Familiar with operating Microsoft Office
  • Have strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experienced in reviewing individual and corporate documentation
  • Quick understanding capabilities and execution of new learnings or concepts
  • Understanding CDD, EDD, and AML process is a plus
