Franchise Business Development Jobs

Responsibilities

• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Assist in launching new Outlet locations and foster their continued growth.
• Conduct research to identify new customer needs.
• Leading negotiations with landlords on terms of lease agreements for new stores
• Responsible for the recruitment of franchise, the process of selecting or surveying the location of new outlets until the outlet is ready to operate normally.
• Identifying new opportunities for expanding into new markets or products
• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
• Ensuring that all employees receive adequate training on company policies and procedures
• Researching planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
• Evaluating potential locations for new stores based on market demand and competition from existing businesses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in F&B (especially fast food).
• Able to cooperate with the team.
• Understanding the process of setting up an F&B outlet from start to finish.
• Have a F&B franchise database.
• Ability to effectively and strong communication skills.
• Have a Market Knowledge
